Returns

AmpState accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within the return window described below.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be new or slightly used

• The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

• The product must include all original components and packaging where possible

Exchanges

AmpState accepts product exchanges. If you need a replacement item, please contact our team to arrange an exchange based on availability.

Return Window

Customers must request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Return Method

Returns must be sent by mail to the address provided by AmpState once the return request has been approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. AmpState does not provide prepaid return labels.

Customers should ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and processing costs associated with returned industrial equipment.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

• Photos of the product

• Photos of packaging

• Order information

Our team will review the claim and assist with a replacement or return.
